Returns
Eligible unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Non-quality returns are subject to return freight costs and a 15% restocking fee; additional fees may apply. Read full return policy.
Warranty coverage: BI, BIZM, EF, EFT, EFZL, TS and TSZS have a 1-year limited warranty for residential use. Eligible defective or missing parts are replaced free of charge. Labor, transportation, glass, bulbs, batteries, commercial use, misuse and improper installation are excluded. See the Use and warranty section in this product’s description for full terms. FlameLine EF Series Recessed Electric Fireplace brings LED flame ambience and supplemental warmth to indoor living spaces. Designed for built-in installation, its recessed design creates a clean, integrated look for your interior.
Customize the display with five flame brightness levels and three log flame color settings. Choose between 750W and 1500W heat settings, and adjust the temperature to suit your comfort. The control panel and remote control provide convenient access to the fireplace’s settings, including a 1–9 hour timer.
Available in six model sizes from 36" to 84", the EF Series offers options for a variety of room layouts and installation projects. Automatic over-temperature shutoff provides added protection during operation.

The heater becomes hot during use. Avoid contact with hot surfaces, keep combustible materials clear, and do not obstruct air inlets or outlets. Follow all safety instructions in the manual.

For built-in recessed installation according to the model-specific manual. For indoor residential use and supplemental heating only, not commercial use or primary heating. Follow the installation, electrical, clearance and safety instructions in your model's manual.
1-year limited warranty — coverage and exclusions
Coverage: Flameline, operated by Eternalflame Technology Inc, provides the original purchaser with a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use and proper care.
- Parts: Missing or initially defective parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period. If replacement parts are unavailable, a comparable replacement or refund will be provided.
- Labor: Labor charges are not included.
- Transportation: Transportation and shipping costs are not included in this limited warranty. Shipping-damage assistance is handled separately under our Shipping Policy; contact us if your order arrives damaged.
- Excluded items and damage: Glass, light bulbs and batteries; damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper care, misuse, abuse, alterations, an incorrect power supply, water exposure, outdoor use, excessive operation contrary to the manual, or use as a primary heat source.
- Use restriction: These models are for indoor residential use and supplemental heating only. Commercial use is not covered by this limited warranty.
How to request support: Email info@fireplacesus.com with your model number, order number, original dated sales receipt and a description of the issue. Contact us before arranging return shipping or paid repair work.
This limited warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
