FlameLine EFT Electric Fireplace Insert brings LED flame ambience, realistic log-burning sound effects, and supplemental warmth to your living space. Designed for suitable mantel cabinets and compatible TV stands, it creates an inviting focal point for furniture projects that meet the insert’s installation and ventilation requirements.
Customize the atmosphere with five flame effect levels and three top mood light colors: orange, blue, and purple. Switch the built-in log sound effect on or off to suit your preference, and enjoy the flame display without heat for year-round ambience.
Choose Low or High heat for added warmth, with a maximum heating output of 1500W. The remote control and integrated control panel provide convenient operation, while a 1–9 hour timer and automatic over-temperature shutoff add everyday convenience and protection.

Confirm the required cabinet opening, clearances, and electrical requirements before installation. No chimney or exhaust vent is required, but cabinet airflow must be maintained. The manual specifies a minimum ventilation area of 0.004 m² (40 cm²) between the cabinet interior and the surrounding room. Follow all installation and operating instructions supplied with the fireplace.
Intended Use & Warranty
Models: EFT23, EFT26, EFT28, EFT30 and EFT33.
For installation in a suitable mantel cabinet or compatible TV stand with the required opening, clearances and ventilation. Do not permanently install in a recessed wall cavity. For indoor residential use and supplemental heating only, not commercial use or primary heating. Follow the installation, electrical, clearance and safety instructions in your model's manual.
1-year limited warranty — coverage and exclusions
Coverage: Flameline, operated by Eternalflame Technology Inc, provides the original purchaser with a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use and proper care.
- Parts: Missing or initially defective parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period. If replacement parts are unavailable, a comparable replacement or refund will be provided.
- Labor: Labor charges are not included.
- Transportation: Transportation and shipping costs are not included in this limited warranty. Shipping-damage assistance is handled separately under our Shipping Policy; contact us if your order arrives damaged.
- Excluded items and damage: Glass, light bulbs and batteries; damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper care, misuse, abuse, alterations, an incorrect power supply, water exposure, outdoor use, excessive operation contrary to the manual, or use as a primary heat source.
- Use restriction: These models are for indoor residential use and supplemental heating only. Commercial use is not covered by this limited warranty.
How to request support: Email info@fireplacesus.com with your model number, order number, original dated sales receipt and a description of the issue. Contact us before arranging return shipping or paid repair work.
This limited warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
