Warranty coverage: BI, BIZM, EF, EFT, EFZL, TS and TSZS have a 1-year limited warranty for residential use. Eligible defective or missing parts are replaced free of charge. FlameLine EFZL Electric Fireplace Insert for Mantel Cabinets and TV Stands brings LED flame ambience and supplemental warmth to your living space. Designed for installation in a suitable mantel cabinet, it can also complement a compatible TV stand that meets the insert’s opening, clearance, and ventilation requirements.
Personalize the display with five flame effect levels and three top light colors: orange, blue, and purple. Enjoy the flame effects without heat for year-round ambience, or choose Low or High heat for added warmth. The adjustable thermostat cycles the heater on and off to help maintain your selected temperature.
Control the fireplace using the integrated control panel or included remote control. A 1–9 hour timer adds everyday convenience, while automatic over-temperature shutoff provides added protection. Choose from 28", 30", and 33" models to suit your cabinet project.

Inch measurements are converted from millimeters and rounded to two decimal places. Confirm the required opening dimensions and clearances for your selected model before preparing the cabinet.
Cabinet ventilation is required even though no chimney or exhaust vent is needed. The manual specifies a minimum ventilation area of 0.004 m² (40 cm²) between the cabinet interior and the surrounding room. Do not permanently install this insert in a recessed wall cavity. Follow all installation, electrical, and safety instructions in the manual.

Intended Use & Warranty

For installation in a suitable mantel cabinet or compatible TV stand with the required opening, clearances and ventilation. Do not permanently install in a recessed wall cavity. For indoor residential use and supplemental heating only, not commercial use or primary heating. Follow the installation, electrical, clearance and safety instructions in your model's manual.
1-year limited warranty — coverage and exclusions
Coverage: Flameline, operated by Eternalflame Technology Inc, provides the original purchaser with a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use and proper care.
- Parts: Missing or initially defective parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period. If replacement parts are unavailable, a comparable replacement or refund will be provided.
- Labor: Labor charges are not included.
- Transportation: Transportation and shipping costs are not included in this limited warranty. Shipping-damage assistance is handled separately under our Shipping Policy; contact us if your order arrives damaged.
- Excluded items and damage: Glass, light bulbs and batteries; damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper care, misuse, abuse, alterations, an incorrect power supply, water exposure, outdoor use, excessive operation contrary to the manual, or use as a primary heat source.
- Use restriction: These models are for indoor residential use and supplemental heating only. Commercial use is not covered by this limited warranty.
How to request support: Email info@fireplacesus.com with your model number, order number, original dated sales receipt and a description of the issue. Contact us before arranging return shipping or paid repair work.
This limited warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
