Eligible unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Non-quality returns are subject to return freight costs and a 15% restocking fee; additional fees may apply. Read full return policy.
Warranty coverage: BI, BIZM, EF, EFT, EFZL, TS and TSZS have a 1-year limited warranty for residential use. Eligible defective or missing parts are replaced free of charge. Labor, transportation, glass, bulbs, batteries, commercial use, misuse and improper installation are excluded. See the Use and warranty section in this product’s description for full terms. FlameLine BI Built-In Linear Electric Fireplace brings realistic LED flame effects and supplemental warmth to living rooms, bedrooms, and lounge spaces. Designed for recessed built-in or wall-mounted installation, it offers a versatile linear design for modern interiors, with no venting required.
Customize the display with three flame color options and three top light color options, each with a color-cycle mode. Decorative log and glass media options let you personalize the fireplace’s appearance, while the flame effects can be enjoyed with or without heat.
Choose between 750W and 1500W heat settings, or turn the heater off for flame-only ambience. Six preset temperature settings, a 1–9 hour timer, and remote control make everyday operation convenient. The fireplace also features an integrated control panel, smartphone control through the Tuya Smart app, and automatic shutoff if the heater reaches an unsafe temperature.

The remote control requires two AAA batteries, which are not included. Follow the installation manual for electrical requirements, mounting instructions, and required clearances.

Recessed built-in or wall-mounted installation, subject to the model-specific mounting and clearance requirements. For indoor residential use and supplemental heating only, not commercial use or primary heating. Follow the installation, electrical, clearance and safety instructions in your model's manual.
1-year limited warranty — coverage and exclusions
Coverage: Flameline, operated by Eternalflame Technology Inc, provides the original purchaser with a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use and proper care.
- Parts: Missing or initially defective parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period. If replacement parts are unavailable, a comparable replacement or refund will be provided.
- Labor: Labor charges are not included.
- Transportation: Transportation and shipping costs are not included in this limited warranty. Shipping-damage assistance is handled separately under our Shipping Policy; contact us if your order arrives damaged.
- Excluded items and damage: Glass, light bulbs and batteries; damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper care, misuse, abuse, alterations, an incorrect power supply, water exposure, outdoor use, excessive operation contrary to the manual, or use as a primary heat source.
- Use restriction: These models are for indoor residential use and supplemental heating only. Commercial use is not covered by this limited warranty.
How to request support: Email info@fireplacesus.com with your model number, order number, original dated sales receipt and a description of the issue. Contact us before arranging return shipping or paid repair work.
This limited warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
